Teen Autism support & skills group

Our weekly therapy groups are designed for neurodivergent youth—those with autism, and comorbid experiences like ADHD, anxiety, and compulsive behaviors—who are looking for connection, self-understanding, and tools for adaptive coping. These are not traditional "social skills training" groups. Instead, we emphasize connection, emotional well-being, and self-advocacy in a space where different ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating are honored.

Each group blends structure and creativity through collaborative activities, discussion, and applied skill-building.

Participants explore topics like:

  • Understanding their brain

  • Building healthy friendships and setting boundaries

  • Navigating sensory overwhelm

  • Preparing for transitions

  • Coping with anxiety, compulsive urges, and rigid thinking

  • Learning to advocate for what they need—with confidence and clarity

This group offers a space to feel seen, respected, and supported.
