Teen Autism support & skills group

Our weekly therapy groups are designed for neurodivergent youth—those with autism, and comorbid experiences like ADHD, anxiety, and compulsive behaviors—who are looking for connection, self-understanding, and tools for adaptive coping. These are not traditional "social skills training" groups. Instead, we emphasize connection, emotional well-being, and self-advocacy in a space where different ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating are honored.
Each group blends structure and creativity through collaborative activities, discussion, and applied skill-building.
Participants explore topics like:
Understanding their brain
Building healthy friendships and setting boundaries
Navigating sensory overwhelm
Preparing for transitions
Coping with anxiety, compulsive urges, and rigid thinking
Learning to advocate for what they need—with confidence and clarity
This group offers a space to feel seen, respected, and supported.
